College Entrance Exams

I am back, guys. I was quite occupied with school works these days. I have many things to rant here. Oh-so-random. Haha. For 4 weeks of absence here in the blogosphere, I badly miss my blog.

COLLEGE ENTRANCE EXAMS
Wooh! This one is the most breathtaking task as a Senior. I have to prepare for several college entrance exams. Two days ago, I filed an application for the UPCAT. Sadly, the course that I want to pursue, International Studies, is unavailable on any UP campuses. So, I chose other courses. I chose BS Architecture and BS Food Technology in UP Mindanao. And BS Computer Science and BS Food Technology in UP Los Baños. (My heart beats fast as I rant about college entrance exams... gosh!).

My father wants me to study in Silliman University. But again, the university doesn't offer International Studies. :(. I searched several colleges and universities in the Philippines which offer International Studies as a course. I only found Brent International School (gosh! Ang mahal dun!).

But now, I arrived to a decision that I will purseue one of these courses -- Computer Science, Food Technology, Computer Engineering and Architecture. :) My mom won't allow me to purse Political Science and proceed to Law.

Wish me luck guys for the UPCAT, ACSAT, and other college entrance exams. And also the NCAE which will be held on August 26, 2009.

Vantage Point

Vantage Point (2008) is a an American action/thriller movie directed by Pete Travis shot in Salamanca, Spain. This movie focuses on the attempt to assassinate the U.S. President as seen from the eight point of views.

I already watched this several times on HBO. And it's quite an interesting story. There were so-good-to-be-true scenes. This movie deals with their physical convergence.

The film had its world premiere in Salamanca on February 13, 2008. The following day, it premiered in Russia, then in the Philippines and New York City on February 20. It went into general theatrical release in Hong Kong and Qatar on February 20 and in the US, Canada, and multiple foreign markets on February 22.
